Who we are
Community First Insurance Group is a local Medicare insurance agency in Harker Heights, TX. We built this website so neighbors can request a time to sit down with us and talk through Medicare questions face to face, or over the phone.

What information we collect
We only ask for what we need to set up your meeting. Nothing more. When you use the scheduling form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The date and time you choose
- Anything you choose to tell us in the optional note box
We do not collect Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, health records, payment information, or any other sensitive details on this website.
How we use your information
We use your information for one purpose: to schedule and prepare for your meeting, and to reach you about that meeting if needed. We do not use it for marketing, advertising, or any automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period. Your information is only seen by our licensed staff.
If you later decide to enroll in a plan through us, any information shared with an insurance carrier is shared only with your knowledge and only as required to set up that coverage.

How we protect your information
Your connection to this site is protected by HTTPS encryption. The information you submit is stored in a secure database with strict access rules, so only the people who need it to prepare for your meeting can see it. We keep records only as long as they are needed for that purpose.

You are always in control. If you would like to see, update, or delete the information you gave us, just send us an email or write to the address above. We will take care of it as quickly as we can.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for Medicare-eligible adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
